Reporting directly to the Vice-President of Technology. Working with a variety of websites based on MemberGate CMS. Responsible for site maintenance and other electronic publications and applications to be distributed via email or web. Provides design elements, comps, templates and finished solutions such as events, promotions, marketing campaigns and others for the use of the marketing department. Build and upload online surveys for visitors and customers to obtain valuable feedback. Monitor user forums to ensure proper use of language, usability and that there are no technical issues. Daily maintenance and development of the Corporate intranet. Manage several monthly Newsletters build on CSS for secure delivery to the inbox (see examples below).
Daily coordination of writers via eLance and other resources to ensure fresh content on the corporate websites. Coordinate external Web Development companies in the creation of new features to be added to our websites.
Monitor software maintenance and security maintenance agreements (e.g. HON code). Develop Multimedia content such as flash animations and FLV videos for the websites content or the in-house use. Implement complex scripts on the websites.
Perform duties as Network Administrator on his absence. Give technical support to the employees for their desktop PCs and software such as Pivotal, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Windows, etc when the Network Administrator is busy.
Responsible for the web servers and its databases maintenance. Develop/edit content to rank the websites based on SEO principles.
