Hi there, thank you for visiting my portfolio, I’m a Web Developer who loves to build things.
Here is a little about me: I became interested in technology by accident. At nights after job I found myself doing nothing so I decided to explore some “software”. I asked a few friends if they could give me copies of some cool software. something they liked, it didn’t matter the names or what they do I just wanted something to explore. One of those was Macromedia Dreamweaver. I don’t remember why I decided to go for that one but all I know is that once I started doing tutorials that I found online I fell in love with the web. After that, I went to school and graduated form the Florida Career College in 2005 as an Associate in Science Website Administrator – Webmaster. I already started doing freelancing by that moment but promptly realize that in order to grow in this field I had to have a company name so I opened one and named it MMD, Inc. Because of a commitment with a customer, I was forced to learn the basics of programming in PHP language. It was a nightmare at the beginning but as of now I really enjoy it. After a few months of working by myself I learned a new term, a phrase that will change my focus and even inprove my design skills… “Search Engine Optimization“. It is very hard to do businesses if you are not ranking well in search engines so there it was, another thing to learn.
Over the years I learned more disciplines, Linux Server Administration, Flash an others, but I still love the back-end coding, this is truly my expertise.
